Pre-License Course
Qualifications for License
18 years of age
Be a bona fide resident of the State of Mississippi before filing the application
Shall have completed a minimum of sixty (60) hours in courses in real estate
Must pass the licensing exams
Must work under the supervision of a Mississippi real estate broker
60 Hours in Real Estate
All persons interested in becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent must take 60 hours in real estate courses before passing the real estate examination.
Salesperson Exam
The licensing exam is administered by PSI. Registration for the state licensing exam is an entirely separate process from proctoring for your course final exam.
